Most of us lead with a clear vision for our communities, but the day-to-day reality of navigating complex systems can make that vision feel out of reach. It’s heavy work, especially when the landscape is shifting.
I’m Ayanna Mitchell. As a sitting Director, I am in the thick of these same challenges every day. I founded A Mitchell Strategic Equity & Research because sustainable change doesn't happen through one-size-fits-all fixes; it happens through steady, intentional moves.
As a Researcher, I don’t believe in guesswork. Whether auditing policy for a school division or partnering with a nonprofit, our team handles the heavy lifting of data and analysis so we can identify the real barriers together. We then co-design frameworks that are data-driven, community-aligned, and resilient under real-world pressure.
